I keep getting calls from this number, which seems to be linked to a call centre in Birmingham, probably connected to Virgin Media. They always ask for a Mrs Smith, just like other numbers have done for the past few years. Each time, I tell them there’s no one by that name at my address and never has been. Whenever I ask who they’re working for, they either hang up straight away or won’t say. I’ve tried loads of times to get them to stop, but it’s been no use and it’s starting to get really frustrating.
