Got a call from a woman with an American accent who kept asking for me by my first name, but there was loads of noise in the background like she was at a noisy gym or maybe a bar. When I told her I couldn’t catch what she was saying because of all the racket, she just hung up straight away. Funny enough, about 30 minutes earlier I’d had a call that seemed like an Amazon scam. Probably no coincidence they both happened so close together.

Got a call about some financial services and asked the bloke which company he was with. He couldn’t, or wouldn’t, give me a proper name at first, but then he went and spelled out "Y O U R A B##ch" quite clearly. At least he knows some English, I suppose! Seriously, steer clear of these types.
