Received a call that claimed to be from O2, but that proved to be utter nonsense! The person on the other end was just a con artist, reading off a script and masquerading as a representative from O2, telling me they could slash my current plan by a whopping 40%. What a load of rubbish!

They claimed to be from o2 but that clearly wasn’t true. Told me I could get 30% off my phone plan. Tried asking some questions but no one's bothered to give me straight answers. Then they passed me to some “supervisor” who was just as unhelpful and then just ended the call on me. Total scam if you ask me.
