Saw the number but decided not to pick up, seemed fishy so probably a scam.

Who on earth rings up at this ungodly hour? Maybe they got their timezones mixed up and think they're calling from Bombay or something. The bloke on the phone had a voice eerily like the chap who runs the chippy down the road - though obviously not him, since Hakim’s a top lad and a proper local cricket player. He kept jabbering about renewing my O2 contract, but mate, I sorted that out two months back!

I let the call go since the number was unfamiliar. Later, I called back using 141 and got a woman with a foreign accent saying she was from O2 about my contract. Seemed like nonsense to me, probably a scam. I just ended the call.

Got a call saying it was about my O2 contract. I cut it off quickly, hung up, and then blocked the number and reported it straight away.
