I got a call from someone saying they were with BT, sounded like they had an Indian accent. They tried to convince me there was some kind of fraud happening on my internet line, something about international fraud. They wanted me to open my laptop or phone so they could guide me through fixing it. When I told them to send me a letter to confirm this, they just hung up on me like I was being difficult. Looks like a scam to get your bank info through your tech stuff!
