Got a call from 0121 639 9527, someone saying they were Rachel Steward from BT’s tech support, but the accent was really heavy Indian. She told me my computer was being accessed by others and offered to fix it. Tried ringing back after but the number just said it wasn’t recognised. Felt a bit dodgy to me.
