In just 10 minutes my folks got two unwanted calls on their landline, and they've signed up with the TPS. Both calls said they were from UK numbers but pretty sure they were actually from overseas. The second one just cut off when I picked up, but I did catch some office noise in the background. I’ve tried ringing both numbers back on my mobile, but they just don’t pick up. How come these calls are still getting through? Why isn’t BT cracking down and stopping these firms from using BT numbers for this nonsense?
