I received a call from a lady with an Indian accent purporting to be from BT, insisting there was an issue with my internet connection. Even though I assured her that my internet was functioning perfectly, she persisted in claiming that it wasn't, insisting I simply lacked the technical knowledge to grasp the problem. I ended the call at that point.
