This number rang my home phone and a lady with an Asian accent claimed to be calling from BT about an issue with my internet. When I told her I don’t have internet at all, she just ended the call straight away.

They said it was about insurance or something, and then asked for my credit card number and the security code to "verify" who I am. What a load of rubbish! Total muppets.
