Today, I tried calling again, only to find the number was out of service and I was prompted to leave a message. A quick search revealed it was linked to a scam from Aviva insurance. I reported it to the fraud squad and provided all necessary information. I also contacted my bank to cancel my debit card, so now there's no chance of them accessing my account.
