I received a call from someone claiming to be from BT's tech support. They insisted that BT, being the main supplier of our landline internet, detected some issues on their end regarding my broadband connection. According to them, this is due to me supposedly visiting prohibited websites. They urged me to get in front of my laptop immediately and follow their instructions to sort it out.
