No reply at first... so I switched off my caller ID in the settings then dialled back the unknown number that rang me (01215675656). An Asian gentleman picked up, and when I asked if he had called me, he denied it. I then said, "Is this your number?" (the one above). He said yes but still claimed he wasn’t the one who called. His English wasn’t perfect, but I caught he runs a shop in Birmingham... (seems like everyone there, haha). Anyway, it could all have been a rehearsed excuse, who really knows. So, unless you deal with anyone from Birmingham, probably best to just ignore it.

I ignored the call at first, then decided to hide my number in the phone settings and called the mysterious number back (01215675656). An Asian bloke picked up, and when I asked if he rang me earlier, he said no. I then asked if the number was his, and he said yes, though he denied calling me. His English wasn’t great, but I got the impression he owns a shop in Birmingham. Honestly, he might have just given me some rehearsed story, who knows? Anyway, unless you’re dealing with someone from Birmingham, I’d just give it a miss.
