Got a call from this number for the first time today, just a few hrs after I renewed my Aviva car insurance on the internet. Bit of a coincidence, innit? Got a missed call from this number on my phone on 18th Feb 2017. Looked it up on the who-called site before ringing back and really thankful for all the info people have shared here. Brilliant site and definitely worth using :-) Haven't returned the call to the 0121 number and I’m putting it straight on my blocked list.

Got a missed call around 10:20 this morning and, as usual, I looked up the number first. Turns out it’s from some bunch with hardly any common sense. They called me four times but only when I picked up. Told me I’d been in an accident. I asked when it happened and she said last week. No idea how that’s possible, I’ve been stuck at home for five weeks after leg surgery. Don’t give them any details. It’s a scam and these firms should be stopped from cold calling altogether. The annoying bit is, if you block one number, they just ring from another to bypass the block. If you do answer, just string them along with some made-up story and see how long before they realise you’re wasting their time.
