I received a call from someone claiming to be from Virgin Media, insisting there was a problem with my Internet connection. Quite oddly, I was online at that very moment, and they didn’t even know my name. It seems rather fishy to me, especially when they abruptly hung up after stating there was actually no issue at all. I'd wager this is a scam!
