I ended up leaving a message on their answering machine, explaining that the individuals in question seemed completely unable to comprehend our voicemail, which had been straightforward enough. I asked them to return the call on the number we had missed. When we rang them back, they insisted on having our full name, which we were hesitant to provide until they could clarify who they were. All we got in response was some bloke named Lee claiming to be from a local management office. After that, they abruptly hung up on us.

When they finally rang back, they immediately asked for our full name. We mentioned that we would be happy to provide it, but only if they could first reveal who they were. However, all they said was that they were “Lee” from the local office management, and just like that, they hung up. Quite baffling, really!
