I run the business connected to this landline and we've been operating for more than 36 years. Sorry if this has caused any trouble for anyone. Apparently, an international group linked our number to a scam, which really disrupted what we do. We've reported it to Action Fraud. Thankfully, we haven’t had any calls like that since the 15th of January 2020, so it looks like the scammers have moved elsewhere. So, the number ‘0121 523 0474’ should be considered safe now.

Got a call that was dead silent, and when it went to the answerphone, there wasn't even a single word left behind.

Keept getting these calls sayin my amazon prime needs renewing but ive never even had it! This scam has been bugging me all month and honestly, i’m so over that really sharp US accent they use!

I just got a call from this number, some robot voice telling me my Amazon Prime subscription was about to renew on its own. Problem is, I’ve never even signed up for Amazon Prime! So, I just hung up straight away.

I got a call with a recorded message claiming to be from Amazon. It was obviously a scam, but the weird thing was the number looked like it came from a real company. Looks like these scammers know how to mask their actual phone numbers. Shame really.

Got another call today claiming to be about my Amazon Prime subscription renewal. Both times the number was different though. Really annoying!
