Got a ring from 0121 516 9200 earlier, some bloke claimed he was ringing from AO.com. Weirdly, he knew about a washing machine we purchased back in Oct 2016 and immediately started pushing insurance on us. What really bothered me was he had our credit card digits, which didn't sit right at all. We told him we wanted everything sent to us on official letterhead with the full contract laid out so we could properly think it over. We definitely weren’t about to share our security code with him.
