I recently received a phone call from 0121 516 9200. The gentleman on the other end claimed to be representing AO.com. He seemed to have information regarding a washing machine we purchased back in October 2016 and was attempting to pitch us some insurance. To my dismay, he already had our credit card number, which quite frankly made me uneasy. We requested that he send us the details on proper business letterhead along with the terms laid out clearly for us to review. We were adamant about not sharing any security information over the phone.

Got a call from this number claiming to be from ao.com, trying to push an extended warranty for things we bought about a year back.
