Somebody called saying I’d been in a crash and that I could claim for PPI. When I said I hadn’t been in any accident, they just ended the call straight away.

I received a rather concerning call on my wife’s mobile, and I assumed it was rather urgent. However, the lady on the line mentioned that someone had been involved in an accident. Is that accurate? Honestly, these calls are starting to really wind me up! We seem to get bombarded by them on both our mobile and landline phones multiple times a week.
