Got a call from someone saying they were with the Birmingham Police Commissioner’s office, but apparently on behalf of the North Wales Police Commissioner. Bit dodgy, don’t you think?

I got a call from someone saying they were with the Police Commissioner’s office in Birmingham, but that it was actually for the North Wales Police Commissioner. Seemed a bit iffy to me, not sure if it was legit or not. Anyone else had this happen?
