Phone number ☎️ 01214235614 👆 is reported as a persistent cold calling number linked to a small company acting as a BT reseller, often misleading recipients into believing they represent BT directly. Callers aggressively push for switching to digital voice contracts, sometimes using false urgency about landline disconnections. They pressure individuals to commit without providing written information beforehand and fail to follow up with requested details. Recipients are advised to remain cautious, avoid engaging with the caller, and consider blocking the number to prevent potential scams or unwanted sales pitches.

1 yearDidn’t pick up since it’s my office number, but I checked and it’s been looked up about 35 times. Seems like one of those cold calls from someone trying to pitch stuff.2 yearsI received a rather unexpected phone call today from this number, supposedly regarding switching the Community Shop over to a Digital Voice contract, yet there was nary a written proposal in sight. The individual on the other end was quite insistent that I agree and send back a signed contract, even suggesting that if we didn’t act quickly, we might face an abrupt disconnection due to Open Reach’s digital overhaul of landlines. I requested some details be sent via email for clarity, but as of now, there’s been no sign of that. It was rather noisy during the call, with other voices chattering and, amusingly enough, laughter echoing in the background.Community ShopDigital VoiceOpen Reach2 yearsSteer clear of this number; it's a complete scam! They’re attempting to lure you into signing some sort of BT contract under the false pretence that you must pay for transitioning from analogue to digital, which is absolutely incorrect. They were exceedingly forceful, pressuring us to sign the document before we'd even had a chance to read it properly. Just dodge it altogether!BT2 yearsBeware of this little firm that's out to make a quick buck off BT by convincing you to alter your service. They'll present themselves as BT representatives until the pressure mounts, at which point they'll slyly confess they’re just a small outfit selling BT products for commission-think of them as a BT Local Business. The advice they offer is rather shoddy, and they’ll say whatever it takes to secure your verbal consent for a change. I'd recommend cutting off all communication with them; they aren’t BT, despite any fibs they might spin!BTSubmit Your Own Report (0121 423 5614)
