Got a call at 6:24 pm on the 28th of July. Because of my bad health and trouble moving around, I couldn't answer on my landline. When I looked up the number afterwards, I was stunned to see it was linked to bitcoin. Surely the authorities should step in and crack down on these scammers, especially since they seem to use lockdown times to carry on their tricks. Why are phone numbers allowed out there with no way to verify who's behind them? It’s high time the government did something about these callers.
