3 yearsA woman with an English accent called me, asked if I could hear her alright, then just hung up. I’m pretty convinced her voice was just a front for this call. Nearly all scam calls I've had (and I’ve had loads) come from foreigners, usually with Indian, Pakistani, or Nigerian accents. I’m utterly fed up with it all. This sort of fraud has definitely been brought into what used to be a decent country. Makes you wonder what they plan to do with my recorded “Yes” voice clip. It’s not as awful as the endless scams on places like Microsoft Bing, Facebook, YouTube, eBay and Amazon, but those phone calls are annoyingly persistent. If the police actually looked after the people they’re supposed to, the crooks would be caught and locked up. Unfortunately, the police seem compromised, only bothered by crimes they pretend to care about like hate crimes.
