A company rang me up about some claims service they offer. When I asked how they got my number, they just got really angry and started being rude and insulting. I told them to take my number off their list, and that only made things worse. They seem to think they’re legal experts or something. I’m a solicitor myself and it’s embarrassing to think they’re in the same profession, though I reckon they’re more like a lead generation business that sends cases to actual lawyers. If they ring again, I won’t be so polite!
