The number appeared as international on my phone, but the digits were 01213645753, which is Birmingham’s area code. A bloke called himself Roger and asked if he could speak to the homeowner. I said that was me and asked what he wanted. He asked for my electric meter reading. I refused and asked which company he was working for. He said he represented about 300 companies or something like that. I told him again no, said I’m on the TPS and that his call was unwanted. I asked him to take my number off his list, said goodbye, and then blocked him straight away.
