Got a robo call telling me my Amazon Prime subscription was gonna renew automatically for £39.99. They said if I didn’t wanna renew, I should talk to an operator. Thing is, I don’t even have Prime, so it’s pretty clear it’s just a scam. Ignored it and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from 0121 362 4648 really early in the morning, which is pretty unsettling especially for elderly folks and families. It’s an automated message pretending to be from Amazon Prime, claiming they’ll charge you £39 to renew your subscription. If you don’t want to pay, they tell you to press 1 and then some person from an Indian call centre picks up. They don’t actually cancel anything, just give you false details about yourself and then just hang up! Proper creepy stuff.

Got a call from 0121 362 4648 really early in the morning which was a shock, especially for older people and families. An automated voice claimed it was Amazon Prime saying I owed £39 to renew my membership. When I tried to cancel by pressing option 1 like it said, an Indian call centre picked up. They didn’t actually cancel anything though, just gave me dodgy info and then cut me off. Felt really weird and a bit dodgy!
