This morning I got a call supposedly from BT about my internet, but I don’t even have BT internet. I tried to tell the person on the line that BT isn’t my provider and I wasn’t feeling well at all. She just dismissed everything I said, so I kept calm and asked her to stop calling. Instead, she started yelling at me and kept on until I hung up. There’s no way BT treats their customers like that, at least not how they did with me.
