I got a call from them claiming to be from benefits uk, then they started probing with all these personal questions. I just ended up hanging up.

The caller started asking me all sorts of personal stuff and then brought up life insurance, so I just hung up straight away.

I got a call but no voicemail left. When I rang the number back, an automated message said it was BT screening the call and asked me to press the hash key to connect to the person. After pressing it, the phone on the other end rang a few times and then I was asked to leave a message myself!

I got a call from someone with a weird accent. I couldn’t make out much, except she was offering to help block annoying calls. I just told her that her call was exactly the kind I don’t want and then I ended the call.
