2 yearsSomeone rang me pretending to be from BT Openreach about my internet. I kept him on the line but told him I wasn’t convinced and asked for proof of who he was. He said he’d send an email to confirm his identity. Then he wanted my mobile number, but I refused and pointed out if he really worked for BT, they’d already have my contact details.
