7 yearsI received a phone call from a man with an Asian accent claiming he was from BT’s Call Guardian team. He said my subscription had expired and I was getting loads of marketing calls. I told him I already have BT Call Protect, but he insisted it had expired. I know BT Call Protect doesn’t expire, so I ended the call there. Later, I checked with BT, and while they do offer something called Call Guardian, there’s no separate department for it.
