I got a call the other day about life insurance. I told the bloke I was at the opticians having my eyes checked and asked if he could ring me later as I really couldn’t chat then. He kept pushing, asking exactly “when” I’d be free. I said sometime this afternoon, and he snapped back with “WHEN this afternoon?” Not very polite at all. You’d think they’d have better manners if they want to represent a well-known company like Legal & General. Truly poor customer service.
