Got a call from someone claiming to be from Currys, trying to sell me an iPhone 14 Pro at some unbelievable price. I just let him go on and on, but as soon as I started asking a few questions, he quickly cut me off and hung up. At least I killed a couple of minutes of his time lol 😂😍

Got a call at about 3.20pm from some bloke called Alex claiming to be from the Solar Panel Centre. He acted like he ‘knew’ I was the homeowner. Told him straight off he’d rung the wrong number and hung up. Honestly, I don’t trust him one bit - he kept talking even when I tried to speak. The number’s on the TPS list too, but these muppets don’t seem bothered. Blocked the number immediately.

Sounds like a total scam, claiming they were fitting solar panels nearby. I just kept quiet and let him go on with his nonsense. After a while, he twigged I wasn’t paying attention and ended the call. At least I managed to waste a bit of his time so he wouldn’t bug anyone else!

Got a ring from this number earlier. Some bloke was rambling about financial advice, saying the country's in a bad way money-wise. These calls never stop, and honestly, the TPS does absolutely nothing to help! It's awful for people living alone who are vulnerable and get frightened by these endless scam calls. I wonder if they have our address too - who knows? My anxiety’s really bad because of it all, and still, no one seems to be doing anything to put a stop to it! Got a call pretending to be from the NHS asking for my card details - total scam! Plus, my mum got hit with a hefty bill from Shell Energy because of reverse charge calls, 25p each time.
