Beware, this is definitely a rip-off. I got a call with a pre-recorded voice claiming my National Insurance number was frozen and if I didn't press 1 to talk to an agent, I’d be arrested. What’s mad is that I have a really rare name - I'm fairly certain noone else in the UK shares it - yet when I gave my details, they told me over a thousand results popped up in their system. Of course, they then wanted even more info from me. Don’t get caught out by this!
