Rang me but cut off in under ten seconds. I'm reckoning it was some sort of automated dialler, probably designed to connect me to a scammer had I picked up straight away. Very dodgy indeed!

Received a call purporting to be from the NHS fraud department, stating that my NHS identification number had been compromised.

I received a call purporting to be from the NHS, supposedly conducting a Covid-related survey. However, since I didn't register for anything and am nowhere near Birmingham, I'm rather sceptical about the legitimacy of the caller. The individual had a strong accent which made it quite difficult to catch what they were saying, and before I could clarify further, they simply ended the call. Quite suspect if you ask me!

It’s likely just some run-of-the-mill scammers! I rang from another number, and a pre-recorded message informed me that I was contacted by "The Advise Team." It then went on to suggest that if I didn’t fancy receiving any more calls from them, I ought to press nine. I simply chose to hang up instead.
