Someone rang me saying they were from the NHS fraud team, telling me my NHS ID had been compromised.

I got a call from someone saying they were from the NHS doing a Covid survey. Thing is, I’m not registered and I’m nowhere near Birmingham, so I found it a bit fishy. The person spoke with a thick accent and it was tough to catch what they said. I ended up just cutting the call off.

sounds like the typical scammers to me. I rang using a different phone and got a recorded message saying I was being contacted by 'The Advice People'. It added that if I didn’t want to get more calls from them, I should press nine. I just ended the call right away.
