When I replied in the negative, she proceeded to enumerate various other types of accidents, to which I also answered no. Curious, I asked her how she had obtained my contact details, and she stated it was sourced from an accident database. I missed quite a few of her calls-at least five in total, if I recall correctly.

a woman named catherine or katherine rang me up asking about a car crash supposedly happening within the last two years. after I told her no accident ever took place, and mentioned it was the 2nd time i'd got this call in a fortnight, she just hung up on me! i tried calling her back but the call got disconnected immediately.
