Got a call today from 0121 287 0136 claiming "you've had an accident" - said it was from First Contact Direct. I just ended the call straight away and blocked the number. Total scam, beware!

The voice was really hard to make out, but I think the call came from First Source Contact or something like that. As soon as they brought up "an accident you were involved in," I just ended the call immediately. Definitely a spam call.
