When I rang them back, I ended up speaking to someone based in Middlesbrough, who claimed to be part of the 'Change of Tenancy registration team,' which is just another odd twist in their game. It’s blatantly a scam, trying to nudge you into changing energy suppliers while you’re already tied into a contract. They haven’t a clue who your landlord is, and if you press them for details, they audaciously claim to be the landlord themselves.
