They actually had my name and claimed to be from one-to-one energy, asking if I could spare a moment for 4 quick questions about my energy. I told them I didn’t really know much about my energy and she just said bye and ended the call. Fairly polite but definitely not a call I was looking forward to. It’s the first time they’ve rung me, hopefully it’ll be the last.

I could hear what sounded like office noise and someone breathing in the background before the line dropped. Really fed up with these calls where people ring then just hang up, as if they dont have anything better to do. Well, I do!

Some bloke rang me saying he was from One to One Utilities, but I’ve never come across them before and I've got no business with any firm by that name. I work in the power sector myself and this is the first time I've even heard of them. They’ve called a few times before but I usually let it go to answerphone. After picking up today, I’ve decided to block their number now.

This Brummie lady saying she’s from 1-2-1 Energy has rang me before. I don’t recognise the company, so I just said I was busy at work and they just hung up straight away. Seems a bit dodgy if you ask me. I’ve blocked the number, which helps, but they keep leaving voicemails - proper irritating that is.

I clearly said I hadn’t, but they didn’t believe me and kept pushing with more questions. Got fed up, raised my voice and demanded they remove my number from their list!
