What a blunder that turned out to be! A dodgy bloke on the other end started rambling on about energy supply. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s up to no good-definitely had the vibe of a scam artist.

Some random number rang me and I just kept quiet to see what they’d say first, I do that a lot with strangers. Could hear loads of noise like a bunch of people talking in the back, reminded me of a call centre. Then a woman said ‘Hello’, I said ‘Hello’ back and instantly they dropped the call. Definitely one of those scam or spam calls.

Got a call from someone saying they were with 121 Energy and asked if I was the one who pays the energy bills. I asked how they had my phone number and they told me it came from some national database. I told them I didn’t believe any such database existed and then they just hung up. I don’t think 121 Energy is a real company, sounded like they were just trying to scam me for bank info.
