Had an Asian guy call me who, when I questioned him, couldn’t give me any of my own info. All he said was my last name and address. I told him if he really knew who lived here, he could answer my straightforward question. Warned him that if I looked up his number online, it’d probably say ‘scammer’! Seriously, folks, don’t be afraid to demand heaps of personal info from these jokers. If they can’t provide it, they don’t actually have your real details, unlike proper companies you deal with.

Southern Energy keep ringing me every day non stop. When I finally picked up, the person just laughed and said my partner handles it, but then they insisted the direct debit was under my name (which it’s not). I ended up hanging up, reckon they were just trying to sell me something.

I told him I’m not interested as I’m already on the best deal and asked him to take my number off their list. But he kept pushing me to switch to Octopus energy anyway. I told him firmly to end the call. That’s when he got rude and so I just hung up. Honestly, really poor attitude from a company that brags about being the best. Total disgrace #OctopusEnergy

I made it quite clear that I wasn’t keen on switching, as I’m sure I’m already getting the best deal possible. I asked him to kindly take my number off their list. Instead of respecting my request, he kept pushing for me to change to Octopus Energy. I had to reiterate that I wanted the conversation to end, but his attitude turned rather rude. I ultimately decided to hang up. It's utterly appalling behaviour from a company that prides itself on being the best. Shame on you, Octopus Energy!

Received a call from Octopus Energy today. A chap named Liam told me that my gas and electric bills are far too high. I explained to him that I’m well aware of my current tariff and have no intention of switching, and requested that he remove my number from their database. Instead, he kept pushing me to consider Octopus Energy instead. I firmly asked him to terminate the conversation, but he responded in a rather unpleasant manner, prompting me to just hang up. Quite appalling conduct from a company that professes to be the best in the business. Shameful behaviour, #OctopusEnergy.
