Just like all the other calls, it was that washing machine scam again - something about the warranty being expired. I politely told them off and suggested they could do whatever they wanted with themselves. This is the sixth one of these calls I’ve had today, and I just blocked the numbers straight away.

They actually called me by my name, seemed like they were trying to link my number to it or something!

Someone called me up and knew my name, said it was about my washing machine. I told them to quit calling me and then I just hung up.

I picked up the phone but before I could say anything, they just cut me off and hung up on me. No clue who it was.

Got a call from the same number twice in one day. When I picked up and confirmed it was me they were asking for, they just hung up straight away. Didn’t say who they were or what company they were from at all. Pretty weird.
