Got a message from this number about a dental appointment... they even mentioned my dentist and the number I have for them. I already booked my visit though. When I looked it up on Google, it shows a Birmingham number but I’m based in Newcastle. Feels a bit dodgy to me.

Someone said they were with O2 about a business plan, which doesn’t even apply to my phone number.

Got a missed call and my phone instantly tagged it as spam. Saw some people here saying it's from a real company trying to help save cash on O2 or EE bills. I dunno, I’m not with either provider. Pretty sure it was just another spam or scam call.

Plan.com, honestly folks commenting should check out their site first - they’re pros in business contracts with offices in Telford and Birmingham, which is why those area codes pop up. They run on EE and O2 networks, so when they call about your account, it’s legit. They’re all about helping you cut costs on your mobile plan. Definitely not a scam from what I can tell.

Somebody phoned saying it was about my EE contract, so I just ended the call.

Got a call from someone saying they were with ‘Plan’ about my vodafone contract. Said they wanted to help me save cash. Asked if my phone was the only one on the plan. When I told them vodafone would already know that if it was legit, they just said “We’re just trying to save you money” and then hung up. This is the second call like this in a couple weeks. Definitely a scam going around, so just block the number and ignore it.

Got fed up with all the rubbish about loft insulation, life insurance and that same old question about the age of your washing machine lol.
