The bloke asked for someone else straight away, then kept going with what sounded like some pre-prepared pitch before I could say anything. There was definitely a call centre vibe, with background noise and a strong accent. I finally cut in to say they had the wrong person. Seemed like it was about life insurance but he was rattling on so quickly it was hard to be certain. Told him firmly not to ring back, and he said he wouldn’t.
