got this robo call with some american sounding person threatening me with arrest, telling me to "press 1 to talk to a british telecom agent" or something like that (also the message was pretty rough grammar-wise, feels like the person who made it isnt native english). oh, and it rang on my voip line, which has zero connection to bt or any normal landline company. these con artists clearly just spam everyone without caring.

Received another automated message today warning me about being arrested for internet fraud. My phone usually doesn’t ring because I screen calls, but there was a voicemail left. It’s obviously a scam, so I’ve just deleted the call. The number was different from the last one that called me.
