What a riot I had! I decided to have a bit of fun and provided a bogus name along with a made-up postcode. When I was asked for my National Insurance number, I really went for it and claimed I had a whopping £155,098 in my bank! The chap on the other end clearly assumed I was some sweet old dear living by herself! I received a call that I missed, supposedly from a court, but I reckon it’s just another scam. It’s baffling how they think I’d have any sort of issue in Birmingham when I'm from Ireland and haven’t even set foot in England for the last decade!

I received a missed call and when I attempted to return the call, I found myself unable to get through. Quite frustrating, really!

I recently noticed I had a missed call from this particular number on my mobile device. Curious, I attempted to return the call but was greeted by a persistent engaged tone. Undeterred, I decided to give it a shot using my landline, and to my surprise, someone picked up. The gentleman on the other end confirmed it was the Birmingham County Court's Evictions department. However, he quickly added that it was, in fact, a scam - they're cleverly disguising their number to phish for credit card information. I received a missed call that piqued my curiosity, leading me to look up the number. It turned out to be linked to a Birmingham court, which struck me as rather unusual. I decided to give them a ring in return, only for the line to drop after just two rings. This has me suspecting that it might be a dodgy operation of some sort.

This number is a con! It may be linked to Birmingham Court, but when you ring them up, they'll inform you that it's a fraudulent call and advise you to just disregard it.
