I had a rather curious call earlier; the chap on the other end claimed to be from BT, informing me that our broadband would be disconnected for a week. I acknowledged that we had indeed received several similar calls recently and politely thanked him before ending the conversation. In reality, there’s been no such disruption to our service. Regrettably, we're beginning to assume that nearly all incoming calls are some sort of scam now.
