I encountered an exceptionally tenacious individual who didn't seem to take my refusal to engage seriously, even after I expressed my concerns about falling victim to a scam. They just kept droning on about interest rates, and to top it off, pretended to represent the Citizens Advice Bureau. Quite frustrating, really!
