SOME ADVICE TO SHARE:--- 1): Whenever you answer a phone and there's a few seconds of silence before anyone speaks, it’s almost certainly a scam. Unless you’re running a business, you usually recognise who’s calling. So if you’re unsure, just hang up straight away, especially if there’s a pause before they say anything! 2): If you hear a posh American lady or any strange voice telling you to press buttons on your phone, just end the call. No genuine company would ever ask you to do that before explaining why they’re calling. I’ll keep updating if these dodgy calls keep coming through. Stay safe out there!

Got a ring from this number on 20th May 2020 round 8.47 in the evening. Picked up and there was complete silence, not a word said, just a quiet pause. Then they just hung up on me. Seemed a bit odd if you ask me.
