Got a call from a woman claiming to be from BT, telling me I qualified for a 25% discount since apparently their records showed I’d been a customer for ages. Then she asked for my full name. I told her, if they really had all my phone usage info and were BT, they should already have my details and keep them safe. After that, she just hung up. Sounds pretty dodgy to me.
