I kept saying the same thing about the investigation, and then they just ended the call before even asking who’s handling it. So dodgy!

I was sure she’d stopped bothering me, but out of the blue she rang again today. I didn’t even bother connecting the call this time as she couldn’t provide enough details. Now, apparently, a senior manager is supposed to get in touch with me.
