I got a call from this number just today. The woman on the line said she was ringing from the British Heart Foundation and mentioned something about gathering some numbers.

Got a call where they used some kind of robotic voice to talk, sounded like one of those scam calls using text-to-speech. Really creepy and definitely a con.
